Ordering Policies

If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please click the contact me link and request one in the amount of your choice. I will then send an invoice via paypal. I am in the process of adding this option to my store.
If by chance I happen to oversell an item, I will notify you immediately and offer a replacement. If one is not avaiable I will offer a comparible item, refund or store credit.
If you finad a typo or error in pricing on my site, I will honor that pricing, if an item happens to be overpriced by mistake I will correct it as soon as I am made aware of the problem.

Shipping Policies

I ship all packages using USPS First Class, Priority, & USPS First class International.
All purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of received payment
All shipments will include a delivery delivery confimation at no extra charge to you
I WILL ship UPS, FedEx or DHL by request only.
If you would like to purchase shipping insurance you may do so by adding it to your cart (Insurance is optional)
I will not be held responsible for items lost/damaged after the leave my hands
I try to recycle shipping & packing supplies whenever possible
If a package is sent back to me by an error of postage, I will ship the item back using priority at my expense
I ship from a smoke-free enviroment, if your package gets to you selling of smoke please contact you local post office to file a complaint.

Redunds & Returns

I allow returns within 30 days of purchase. I have record of purchases on file.
Items must be unopened, unused, & unwashed, the is no re-stocking fee
I will give exchanges for items that need to be sized up or down if the item is not used/washed
The customer will be responsible for sending the item back including the cost of shipping and packaging
I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, I will always reccomend that you purchase a delivery confimation or insurance
If the item is being returned due to an error on my part, I will cover shipping by sending you a pre-paid package to mail the item back in

Payments

Lotteries & Auctions

I will contact the winner within 48 hours of the item end for shipping inormation
If I cannot get in touch with the winner within 48 hours I will re-stock the item
If a winner changes their mind in the case of FFS lotteries, they will still be required to cover shipping and the item will be donated to a fellow Hyena as a *HUG*

Privacy Policy

I will not share or sell your personal information to anyone at anytime
I will not spam my customers with offers
